MEET THE FOUNDER

Dan Culbertson, Firefly Renovations principal, was born and raised in Southwest Florida. While being raised by a single mom, Beth Wilson, who herself is a legend in the SW Florida local business community, Dan learned first hand what it meant to work hard and have a high standard of ethics, while also building a successful business and being a productive member of the community.

Dan started working odd jobs at a very young age. Construction was always in his future, and since he was 15 years old, has been on a job site every summer with friends and family members. After graduating, Dan started with some larger companies slowly working on and improving his craft, learning from the best, until finally starting his own company, when he was only 25.

Over the last 7 years, he has expanded his offering and built a loyal following of clients.

His focus on high quality, combined with his integrity, transparency and pride of work has enabled him to grow his business. These traits also empowered him to secure additional funding to further facilitate expansion… and the business is growing!

At the beginning of 2022, Firefly enjoyed the addition of Chris Schild as an investor and partner in the business which allowed for expansion and growth.

We understands that our clients are our neighbors, live in the same communities and for that reason, we recognizes how important it is to be up front, honest and transparent. While we cannot guarantee to be the cheapest, we can guarantee a great job at a competitive price.

We also understand that our company is only as good as our employees. We have 17 associates on payroll, and treat our employees with respect and dignity.
