We are a boutique home renovation company
We are local, having grown up in the North Port area. We are part of the SW Florida community and your neighbour. We take pride in our work! We initially started with friends and family as customers. We treat every job like it's our “Mom’s House." Our employees are prompt, background-checked, polite, and reliable.
OUR MISSION
We believe that clear, consistent, transparent and regular communication is critically important
We have defined processes and are very honest about what we can and cannot do well. We supply detailed proposals, including 3D computer-generated images of before and after when appropriate, and keep you, the client, up to date with the good news and the bad news if necessary. We give daily reports at the end of each work day.
We also have an online portal dedicated to your project that tracks all communication, documentation, proposals, contracts, materials receipts, milestones and timelines, change orders, issue management and all associated images
How it works
We try and keep our process simple and transparent. Our goal is to efficiently understand the requirements of your project.

We can’t wait to hear about your project! This initial phone call is to understand your vision and high level goals.

If it seems like a project that is a good fit, we will then schedule a site visit followed by a more detailed complimentary consultation with one of our company’s owners (This can also be done via zoom).

We then provide a detailed proposal, which we review with you on a zoom call. During this call we will explain any opportunities for value engineering and savings as well as areas for potential overruns based on unknowns etc. Again, we believe transparency is an important foundation for any business relationship.

If after that consultation, you are interested in moving forward, we create a simple plain contract that clearly lays out each group’s responsibilities.

Once the contract is signed, we will provide online access to the Firefly Management Portal, and populate your project with all the required data.

Once we start the project, we will keep your personal portal updated with Milestones, Material choices, Plans, Contracts, Receipts, All communications, issue tracking, change orders if required etc… Everything required to keep the project on track and ensure powerful communication.

We do the work ourselves and are not just outsourcing it. We do it so we can stand by the end result. We service from Sarasota down to Punta Gorda, including barrier islands. We can also service the bridge-less islands like Little Gasparilla Island since we have our own construction boat.
